FIne Tuesday at Galeri Nasional
I've been eyeing this place for like more than a year maybe?
And finally, after seeing a lot of Instagram's post about an exhibition which been held here until 23rd April (yes, it's already ended now), I decided to come here on last Tuesday.
Between the Lines is an exhibition by Triyadi Guntur Wiratmo that brought the connection between past and present time.
It's a mesmerizing collection.
By combining contrast color and medium, he left a deep meaning and strong feeling to everyone who come to see his work.
After visiting this exhibition, I went to the permanent exhibition of Galeri Nasional.
It's divided into two periods of time, the first one is Perjalanan Seni Rupa Modern Indonesia, and the second one is Gerakan Seni Rupa Baru.
These are some paintings and sculptures from Perjalanan Seni Rupa Modern.
And these are from Gerakan Seni Rupa Baru.
